You will be sent a confirmation email with your serial code as soon as we can verify everything is ok. This takes between 12-48 hours most of the times.

IMPORTANT: Please note that sometimes the email containing your serial code it's tagged as SPAM by your email client (such as outlook express or any web based email client).

This may delete or move the message permanently.

If you think your serial it's taking too long to arrive (more than 3 days), please let us know at

specifying if possible an alternative email address, and we will send it again as soon as possible.
